Who we are

Tilto is the data controller for the personal data described below, meaning we decide why and how it is processed.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and run the site properly:

  • Contact details you give us: your name, email address, company and the content of any message you send through the contact form.
  • Technical data your browser shares automatically, such as your IP address, device type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
  • We do not ask for, and have no reason to collect, sensitive data like payment card numbers or government identifiers through this site.

Why we use it

Your data is used to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal when you ask for one, to keep the website safe and reliable, and to meet legal obligations such as bookkeeping.

We rely on your consent when you contact us, on our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and on legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.

Sharing and storage
