Tilto processes your personal data because you use my services and/or because you provide this data to me yourself.

• Gender

Special and/or sensitive personal data that I process

My website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, I cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. I therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that I have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact me at [email protected], and I will delete this information.

Tilto processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to perform my services
• To inform you about changes to our services and products
• To deliver goods and services to you

Tilto also processes personal data if I am legally obliged to do so, such as data that I need for my tax return.

Automated decision-making

Tilto does not make decisions based on automated processing that can have (significant) consequences for individuals. There is always human intervention in decisions that can impact data subjects.

How long I retain personal data

I do not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

• Email correspondence: maximum 60 days, unless the content is needed to handle an ongoing inquiry or agreement.
• Customer data for invoicing: as long as this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with legal (tax) obligations.
• Website data (such as Google Analytics): this data is processed and stored by third parties. I have no direct control over the retention periods and refer to the privacy policy of the relevant third parties.

Sharing personal data with third parties

I only share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary to execute the agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. In practice, I only provide personal data to Google Analytics for the purpose of analyzing the use of my website. I do not share your personal data with other third parties. Personal data is not sold or provided to other parties, unless I am legally obliged to do so.

I only use functional and analytical cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. Functional cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the website. I use analytical cookies to gain insight into the use of the website and to improve the website. I do not use tracking cookies and do not place cookies for personalized advertising. On your first visit to my website, I informed you about these cookies and, where necessary, asked for permission to place them. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can delete all previously stored information through your browser settings.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. To prevent abuse, we ask for a copy of your identity document, where passport photo, MRZ, passport number and BSN have been made illegible. Tilto takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
